Gil has practiced law since 1976 with over 48 years of litigation and settlement experience. Gil has mediated legal disputes since 1980.
Gil has been approved as a Reference Judge by the Oregon Supreme Court since 1989. Gil is approved to serve as a Reference Judge in Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Josephine, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Washington and Yamhill Counties.
Gil has also served as a Pro-Tem Judge since 1982 in 8 different Oregon counties.
